Custom and personalized orders
I love custom orders! If you have an idea for a custom piece of jewelry - send me a message. If you would like to combine elements from different pieces in my shop that can be done as well.

How are items shipped?
Within the US items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority mail depending on method chosen. Packages with a value greater than $150 may require signature upon delivery. Items are shipped within 1-4 business days of purchase. If you upgrade to Priority Mail, this is only for the shipping speed and does not change the processing time. If you need an item by a specific date, please message prior to purchase or leave a note at checkout.

In case of missing packages - Domestic packages are not considered lost until 4 business weeks & International 8 weeks.

All items shipping outside the US are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail including insurance. Buyers outside the United States may be subject to Customs Fees including VAT Taxes, this is the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local post office prior to purchase.

By law Members of the European Union only may return items (Excluding custom items) within 14 days of purchase. Please contact me for arrangements.

Care instructions
To keep your jewelry looking great - avoid getting it wet or using harsh chemicals around it, perfumes etc. To clean, simply polish with a jewelry polishing cloth. Do not use liquid or dip cleaners as this will remove the lettering.

Bronze and copper jewelry does tarnish faster than most and will require polishing more often. It will have a protective anti tarnish treatment applied prior to shipment. Do not polish these items unless they tarnish.

Getting jewelry wet may cause lettering to fade. If you are not gifting sterling, bronze or copper jewelry or accessories right away, remove item from gift box to prevent tarnish.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All jewelry and accessories are shipped in a kraft colored gift box with a ribbon or gift bag. I can include a short gift note at no charge. Simply fill out the gift message portion at checkout.

Sizing details
Please refer to all photos and descriptions when making a purchase as all sizing details are specified as well as photos with a coin for reference.

Bangle bracelets are one size fits most. They are meant to be loose and dangly.

Sterling silver and gold filled necklaces come in standard 16, 18 and 20 inch lengths. Custom lengths available upon request.

Stainless steel chains available in 24 inch and shorter upon request.

What is Sea Glass?
Sea Glass is pieces of glass that were once tossed away as garbage into the oceans and have tumbled around for many years to achieve the frosty appearance.

No two pieces of sea glass are alike. If ordering multiple pieces/necklaces they will be matched as close as possible.

All sea glass you see in my shop is 100% Authentic and much is collected myself on Whidbey Island.

It is never altered except for drilling a hole for a jump ring or bail.

Please verify you have input the correct address at checkout - this is the address your item will be shipped to. If you have entered the wrong address, you will need to pay for shipping once the item has retuned to me.

Jewelry is not intended for children.

I cannot stamp/add wording to the back of most items. Contact me for special requests, as sometimes I may be able to accommodate it.

Sales tax is charged in Washington State and states required by law.

If an item is accepted for a return - a 20% restocking fee applies and you will be required to pay for return shipping.

Shipping transit times provided by USPS are estimates only - delays with USPS during holidays are common. Please plan ahead and order early. Shipping refunds/refunds are not given for items purchased that are not received by specific dates/holidays.
